Burgers....it's like they were perfectly created for the human hand to hold with both hands, or one if you're a pro.
But I truly don't understand how anyone can eat a burger with one hand without everything inside it falling everywhere.
Personally speaking, I could eat burgers everyday, and one of my favourite hobbies entails creating my own ''burger masterpieces'' but I have this major problem where I'll start cooking something without making sure I have all the necessary ingredients like this burger for example,
WHY DIDN'T I RELIZE THAT I HAD NO BURGER BUNS :(
I ended up using sandwich slices (so depressing).
The picture below isn't exactly how I wanted my burger to turn out...but I'm not complaining, it still tasted good :) I wasn't really paying attention to the size of the patty I was forming which is why this burger looks a little disproportionate (Am i making any sense?).
Serves two (depending on the size of the patty you're forming).
You can use ground beef, ground chicken, chickpeas or potatoes as a substitute for ground pork instead
Why stop at Mac n Cheese when you can turn it into a sandwich and put it inside two slices of bread AND with bacon in it?!
I made this from scratch because I had most of the ingredients already, apart from milk so I had to risk my life and run across the street to buy a bottle ($2) while I was in my shorts. It was 7 Degrees outside. I was also too lazy to change into pants....or put a bra on....too much info? Lol.
I was wearing a jersey on top though so you couldn't tell :)
Anyways, I've listed the price next to the ingredients. I can easily recall how much each item usually costs because I basically aim to buy whatever is under $3 or it's an item I usually pick up....like the cashier boy. Haha KIDDING.
Next time I'll make sure I don't misplace the receipt so I can upload it.
So yesterday was Diwali/The Festival of Lights - An Indian celebration that happens every year where you celebrate light over darkness and good over evil.
Yesterday was also the day where my mum rang me and told me that I have to be vegetarian for this day and OMG, what a struggle it was.
I love chicken/meat, but I survived the 24hrs surprisingly, and decided to make Samosas!
Even though I was born in India, and love eating Indian food, I have zero Indian spices and ingredients at home, apart from curry powder. So I decided to make baked Samosas using the ingredients I already had!
I prefer fried samosas, but last week when I was running at the gym, I saw my reflection on the treadmill TV screen and all I could see was my double chin jiggling. Sad, but true. Lol.
Scroll down for a slightly more healthy version of samosas!
*You get 12 portions but I made 6 giant ones so I would feel less guilty about eating 6 instead of 12!
Given that my background is Indian, you'd think that I would know how to roll any type of dough into a circle (because apparently we're always making eating roti's according to some people. Smh).
But unfortunately I don't know how, and that's not only because I don't own a rolling pin and use a glass/cup or a hard avocado to roll out the dough, It's purely because I JUST CANT DO IT. IT'S SO DIFFICULT.
So if you're in the same boat as me, dw, just go with whatever shape you create and give it a name. It's fun naming things - I'm weird.
Anyways, scroll down for recipe..or don't, it's up to you!
THE PERFECT THANKSGIVING SIDE MEAL/MEAL OR FOR WHENEVER YOU FEEL LIKE EATING THIS. YAY..

Here's a tip - If you forget what time you went on your break, just start the hour again! Lol jk, please don't because if you get fired, you'll end up blaming me :(
Anyways, keep scrolling for the recipe.
My mind is blank in regards to what to type here so I'm just going to babble.

Have a good day!
I just woke up from a nap. I'm so tired :(
I'm always tired.
I'm also always sleepy.
I don't want to go to the gym after work.
Where am I going with this?
I don't know.
Scroll down for the recipe for this black pepper chicken! It's my mums recipe. She makes it the best. :)
It's currently a Monday morning and I'm so sleepy right now, so I'm not going to type much.
Recipe below - I tried to update my website yesterday but my laptop sucks and loves to not cooperate, so what better time do it than on a Monday..at work.
My accomplishments over the weekend were; staying home on Saturday night, bought a chair, I FINALLY HAVE FURNITURE, and I also bought a pot. Cooking is so much easier now that I have a pot.
I also made this burger but I somehow lost the top half of the bun, like how does one misplace half a burger bun? I don't know how I accomplished that.
